- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities.
- Fabricate and weld metal components as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform repairs on equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with employees and address their maintenance needs.
- Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with logic controllers is a plus.
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff if required.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
